NEUL, LTD. INTRODUCES ICENI, WORLD’S FIRST TV WHITE SPACE ASIC
Tuesday 12th February 2013 Neul, Ltd. today announced the release of the world’s first TV White Space transceiver chip, Iceni. Capable of tuning across the entire UHF TV white space spectrum (470 – 790MHz), the single chip solution draws very little power while delivering reliable, secure, long range wireless, non-line-of-sight connectivity to previously unreachable applications and locations for both machine-to-machine (M2M) or Internet of Things (IoT), as well as for applications in wireless broadband.

Neul secures $5m funding and welcomes Mitsui & Co. Global Investment as an investor
Wednesday 5th September 2012 Neul, the pioneering Wireless Communications Company which is developing new wide-area cellular network technology dedicated to Machine-2-Machine traffic, today announces that it has secured an additional $5m in equity funding and attracted Mitsui & Co. Global Investment Ltd (“MGI”) as an investor.

Neul launches world’s first city-wide white space network
Wednesday 25th April 2012 Neul, the world leader in technologies for the Internet of the Things, today announced the deployment in Cambridge of the world’s first city-wide, fully-functional wireless network in white space, enabling a whole host of Smart City applications. To demonstrate this network Neul, in collaboration with Bglobal Metering, is today, showcasing the world’s first-ever smart electricity meter reading over a white space network. This is the first step towards smart electricity grids that will allow electricity supply to be more efficiently matched to real-time demand.

Carlson and Neul launch first commercially available white space radio system created for WISPs
Monday 26th March 2012 Carlson and Neul today announced the launch of RuralConnect, the first commercially available radio networking system to deliver the full promise of TV white space broadband to WISPs (Wireless Internet Service Providers). RuralConnect, the first product in a line co-created by the two leaders in white space technologies, follows the announcement of a global partnership in October 2011, and is aimed at bringing affordable broadband to millions around the world.

Neul wins Startup of The Year at British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEAs)
Thursday 14th October 2011 Neul today proudly announces that it has won the British Engineering Excellence Awards' (BEEAs') 'Startup of The Year' Award. The award was issued yesterday afternoon at New Electronics' prestigious awards ceremony held at The Globe Theatre on London's South Bank. This award reflects Neul's pioneering work as the first company to produce commercial white space equipment, and its continuing role in helping to foster and co-ordinate the various players in this new industry.
